We match you with interviewers who are qualified to give you feedback. Depending on your budget and the type of help you’re looking for, we match you with an interviewer who has experience in the same field as you or one who has experience in a different field.
We also match based on whether or not they’ve experienced what you’re going through. One of our interviewers is always a professional interviewer so that no matter where the conversation goes, someone can guide it back on track and give helpful feedback at the end of each session.
Choose a time and place.
The next step is to choose a time and place that works for you and the interviewer. This can be anything from your local coffee shop to your home office or even somewhere out of town if required.
I have personally done interviews in my own home office (with good wifi) and at cafes nearby. My advice would be to choose a place free from distractions; it’s always best practice to keep things quiet during the interview so that you can focus on giving your best answers!

You will meet your Hireflix interviewer at the location where you’ll be taking the interview. If this is your first time with us, you can find out more about our interview process here. We know that it can be overwhelming to go through an interview for a job that you want, so we have some tips on what to expect and how best to prepare for your upcoming Hireflix interview:
Take the mock interviews.
Hireflix offers a mock interview experience as close to the real thing as possible. The best part? You don’t have to travel anywhere! And you can do it from your living room couch if you want (though we recommend doing it in front of a mirror for maximum effect).
- Take a few deep breaths and relax before beginning the video call. It’s supposed to be fun, after all!
- Once you’re ready, click Start Interview or wait for Hireflix will call you shortly. Your interviewer will introduce themselves and inform you that they will ask some questions about your background, skill set, goals, and anything else relevant for this position at Hireflix.
- You should answer these questions in as much detail as possible (and please don’t forget about body language—we want our employees to be happy here!). Afterward, there will likely be some time allotted for more freeform discussion where we can get to know each other better; this could include asking some follow-up questions on any topics which were touched upon already or scheduling an additional interview with someone else within our team – either way, our goal is always to make sure both parties leave happy!
Hireflick interviews are designed to allow you to showcase your skills, personality, and experience. Hiring managers will be evaluating not only what you say but also how you say it. The hiring manager may give feedback during or after your interview with them.
They may also ask for feedback from their team members who attended your interview, including other hiring managers or product managers.
You can expect a verbal or written response from us within 72 hours of completing your interview.
You get the right amount of challenge and practice.
Hireflix’s interview is designed to give you the practice you need to perform well in an actual job interview. In addition to getting feedback and tips from Hireflix coaches, you will also talk with one or more “interviewers” who are working professionals in the fields that your profile targets.
These “interviewers” will ask you questions and give you feedback based on how well they think your answers reflect employability skills such as the ability to communicate, organization, etc.
The great thing about our interviewing process is that it allows us not only to see if people have the right skills but also allows them to get practice talking about those skills in front of real people so they can become more comfortable doing so during upcoming interviews with companies who have already seen their profiles!
